SIZING

Please note that SIZE refers to the finished FRAMED paper or canvas size. 

Paper print images include a white paper border all around within that size. 

Canvas prints have an additional 7cm of extra material all around to enable the canvas to wrap around the frame when stretched.

PRINTS

Paper - 320gsm Textured Cotton Rag, printed with museum grade, archival Epson inks

Canvas - 381gsm Satin Canvas, printed with HP Latex inks, guaranteed for 200 years indoors when hung out of direct sunlight.

FRAMING

Paper - Shadow Box Frame, print is deep set using white spacers, framed in premium 2cm wide x 4cm deep Tasmanian Oak under 3mm 99% UV filtering Acrylic. Ready to hang.

Canvas - Stretched and float framed in premium 1cm wide x 5.5cm deep Tas Oak with a 5mm 'shadow' line between frame and canvas. Ready to hang.

- We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind purchases as our prints and frames are all custom made. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

- If orders are damaged in transit, we will replace the item and process returns claims via Couriers.

- Please note: In order to process a return, we MUST have photo evidence of damage to the exterior packaging and photo evidence of damage to the item.

- Damaged Returns Claims must be submitted within 24 hours (1 business days) of receiving the damaged item.

- Please forward all Returns Claims to: info@artbyginocampagnaro.com and clearly state the artist name, order number and client name.

Print Only orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 5 business days, and framed prints or framed canvases usually leave our warehouse within 3 weeks. 

My fulfilment/Shipping service means I can print on demand, and ship your fine art print around Australia (or the world), either rolled in a tube, or professionally framed then carefully packaged in our heavy duty cartons.

DOMESTIC

Using the Australia Post and Courier network, we can ship your artwork around Australia. Once booked, we share tracking data with you, the customer, so you are kept up to date with the arrival of your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL

Further utilising the Australia Post and Courier network, we can ship your artwork around the world. Using our rigid mailing tubes for prints or our premium heavy duty carton for framed works, you can rest assured your work will arrive safely after its long journey. Tracking data is shared with you, the customer, so you can keep track of your purchase.
